ARE TO BE HANDED IN ON THE SPOT DURING REGISTRATION IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO YET.

No indemnity forms = No participation in Relay Duathlon,

which means, you are throwing away your money and missing out on all the fun.

SO PLEASE BRING ALONG ALL UNSUBMITTED INDEMNITY FORMS.
